Dark Tea, 2017

Dark Tea was exhibited as a part of Storm in a Teacup, an exhibition of the Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery, explored tea, the rituals of brewing and drinking it, and Australia's relationship with it. The installation constructed of icing was made all on a greyscale without colour, imitating a black and white photo and old rituals still practiced.
